- ✅ You must maintain the accuracy and authenticity of educational material provided under your name.
🔐 Data Security & Privacy Policy
- 🔒 We follow modern standards for encrypting user data, logins, and financial activity.
- 🧩 Do not share your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- 🗃️ Author/institute content and data may be backed up and reviewed for platform integrity.
- 📡 We may collect and use your data to improve platform experience, following our Privacy Policy.
💰 Earnings & Withdrawal Terms
- 💵 Minimum withdrawal amount: ₹1000
- ⏱️ Withdrawals are processed within 7 working days after verification.
- 📊 Revenue Distribution (Post-discount):
- 🧑 Author: Minimum 50%
- 🌐 Platform: Up to 40%
- 🔗 Referral: 10% (if applied)
- 📄 Tax deductions (TDS, GST) may apply as per Indian financial laws.
- 📺 All AdSense or ad-based revenue belongs entirely to the platform. Authors cannot claim it.
- 📉 Withdrawals may be held or denied if any content or activity is found suspicious or under investigation.
🚫 Prohibited or Invalid Activity
- 🕵️ Fake registrations, bulk spamming, AI-generated misleading content, or manipulative reviews are strictly forbidden.
- 🛑 Misuse of referral system, bypassing payment, or abuse of student data will result in account action.
- ❌ Selling or transferring your author account is not allowed under any circumstance.
📌 Ownership & Platform Rights
- 🧾 All content on the platform is subject to review, moderation, or removal by Super Admin.
- 🗂️ Data ownership lies with the platform. We reserve the right to modify or delete any data anytime without prior notice.
- 🔧 Features, payment structure, and platform policies can change with or without prior public notice.
⚖️ Legal & Compliance Terms
- 📌 By using this platform, you agree to comply with all Indian laws (Cyber Law, Education Policy, Taxation, etc.).
- 📍 Disputes, if any, will be subject to jurisdiction of Rajasthan High Court or platform’s legal team review.
- 📣 Authors must provide accurate identification and bank details for KYC & withdrawal processing.
⚠️ Final Important Note:
Any kind of invalid, illegal, or misleading activity may lead to:
- 🚫 Permanent ban or suspension of your account by Super Admin
- 🗑️ Irreversible loss of all your content and data
- 📢 Full legal and financial responsibility for all actions, content, or student behavior linked to your account
